Novotel Hamburg Arena was very comfortable for us.

It was very close to DESY where I had to do experiments.

I truly enjoyed the big size rooms in classic mercure quality. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was excellent!

the usual Novotel envoroment, nothing really to complain about. Veru good breakfast. We also liked the fact that there were 1 double and 2 single beds in our room ,as stated in the ad/reservation.

Brand-new unit with queen beds. Perfect location in a calm area near Germany for a meeting, the town center, and the football stadium/barclaycard arena.- Good food available at nearby restaurants like Tre Posi.

The staff were particularly responsive and helpful and I felt at home immediately after I had booked in. This hotel has a good ambience.

The price of the breakfast at 16 E is a rip-off and please, get an English movie or documentary channel. We can't watch CNN and BBC all day.

Fine overall experience. Modern property with EXCELLENT staff and good location outside of Hamburg`s City center. A wide array of fine options for meal. Easy check in and a friendly service throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hamburg and had a fantastic experience. The Mercure Hotel provided a clean and quiet environment, with a park and nice walk area nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary water and tea in my room, along with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had a great breakfast selection, although I did not book it. my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay at the hotel. 😊
